Results questionnaire
For the past years Bungalow.Net has approached their clients on their return from their holidays, with the request to participate in a questionaire. In this questionaire our clients have the opportunity to express their valuation of their holidays. The questions vary from the service of Bungalow.Net, the satisfaction of the holiday home, the hygiene on arrival, the state of the interior, etc.
This way you are able to make a judgement on the proportions of the price and the quality and it will also give you a better idea of the accommodation.
The questionaires and remarks are always send to the landlord of the holiday home in question. In the conversations between our product management and the owner, we will also use these questionaires, to make arrangements on improving the quality.
